Kate Marshall is a Manchester-based memoirist and nonfiction author whose writing career began with Don't Say a Word (2017/2018), an autobiographical account of childhood abuse, domestic violence, and reclaiming her voice. She later co-authored Sorry For Your Loss (2022) with Linda Watson-Brown, drawing on her experiences working in an NHS hospital mortuary.
