Anne Griffin is an Irish novelist and short-story writer whose writing career began after work as a bookseller at Waterstones. Her debut novel, When All Is Said, became an Irish number-one bestseller and won the 2019 Irish Book Awards Newcomer of the Year award. She is also the author of Listening Still and The Island of Longing, and her work has been published internationally and translated into numerous languages.
