Michael D. Watkins is a Canadian-born author and leadership expert best known for The First 90 Days, an international bestseller on leadership transitions that has sold more than a million English-language copies and been translated into numerous languages. He has also written Master Your Next Move and Shaping the Game, focusing on career transitions, executive leadership, negotiation, and organizational change. Watkins is a professor at IMD Business School and cofounder of Genesis Advisers.
