Keeley Bates is a pen name of author Annabel Chase, who began publishing in 2011. Under the Keeley Bates name, she writes humorous contemporary women's fiction and the Saints & Strangers cozy mystery series, including A Dead End, The Deep End, and The Bitter End. Chase is a former lawyer who also writes paranormal and urban fantasy fiction under her own name.
