Omar Musa is a Bornean-Australian author, poet, rapper, and visual artist from Queanbeyan, Australia. His debut novel, Here Come the Dogs, was longlisted for the Miles Franklin Award and the International Dublin Literary Award, and he has published several poetry collections, including Killernova. His second novel, Fierceland, was published in 2025 and explores family, migration, colonialism, and environmental destruction in Malaysian Borneo.
