Benjamin Graham (1894–1976) was a British-born American financial analyst, investor, professor, and author widely regarded as the father of value investing. He co-wrote Security Analysis with David Dodd in 1934 and published The Intelligent Investor in 1949, foundational works that established systematic security analysis and popularized value investing. Graham also wrote books and articles on financial analysis, economics, monetary policy, and investment strategy, and translated literary works from Spanish.
