Laurie Lico Albanese is an American author of historical and literary fiction, including Hester and Stolen Beauty, as well as the memoir Blue Suburbia and the novel Lynelle by the Sea. She has also co-authored The Miracles of Prato, and her writing career has included journalism, travel writing, creative nonfiction, poetry, teaching, and book publishing.
