Jim Prime is a Canadian nonfiction author and publishing professional who has worked in publishing since graduating from Acadia University in 1971. His writing career began with a 1980 interview with Boston Red Sox legend Ted Williams, leading to their coauthored book Ted Williams’ Hit List and numerous subsequent books on baseball. Prime has authored or coauthored more than twenty books, primarily about baseball and hockey, including works with Bill “Spaceman” Lee and Paul Henderson.
