Elyse Durham is a fiction writer and the author of the historical debut novel Maya & Natasha, published by Mariner in February 2025. She holds an MFA from the Warren Wilson College MFA Program for Writers, and her fiction has appeared in the Cimarron Review, the Cincinnati Review, Image, and elsewhere. She is an Elizabeth George grantee and has held residencies at the Vermont Studio Center, the Glen Arbor Arts Center, and the Mount.
