Angie Kim is a Korean American novelist who moved from Seoul to Baltimore as a teenager and later studied philosophy at Stanford and law at Harvard, where she edited the Harvard Law Review. After working as a trial lawyer, she turned to fiction with Miracle Creek, her Edgar Award-winning debut and a critically acclaimed courtroom thriller. Her second novel, Happiness Falls, became a New York Times bestseller and a Good Morning America Book Club pick.
