DaVaun Sanders is an author and editor based in Phoenix, Arizona. He writes inclusive speculative fiction for young readers, including the middle-grade fantasy series beginning with Keynan Masters and the Peerless Magic Crew, as well as official Marvel and Minecraft novels. His short fiction has appeared in FIYAH, PodCastle, Broken Eye Books, Dancing Star Press, and the New York Times bestselling anthology Black Boy Joy; he also serves as executive editor of FIYAH Literary Magazine of Black Speculative Fiction.
