Brendan Kiely is a New York Times bestselling author of young adult fiction and nonfiction. His books include The Gospel of Winter, The Last True Love Story, Tradition, All American Boys (co-written with Jason Reynolds), and The Other Talk: Reckoning with Our White Privilege. His work has received honors including the Coretta Scott King Author Honor Award and the Walter Dean Myers Award, and he holds an MFA in creative writing from the City College of New York.
