Clare Broyles is a teacher, musician, composer, and arranger who began co-writing the Molly Murphy historical mystery series with her mother, New York Times bestselling author Rhys Bowen, starting with Wild Irish Rose in 2022. Their collaboration continues the series about Irish immigrant detective Molly Murphy Sullivan in early-20th-century New York. Broyles has also worked in theater for Arizona Theatre Company and Childsplay.
