Carla L. Rueckert (1943–2015) was an American author, channeler, and co-founder of L/L Research. She co-wrote Secrets of the UFO with Don Elkins and served as the channel for the Ra Contact, later published as The Law of One books. Her other writing includes A Channeling Handbook, A Wanderer’s Handbook, Living the Law of One 101, A Book of Days, The Aaron/Q’uo Dialogues, and a volume of poetry.
