Jane Healey is a British novelist based in Edinburgh who studied English Literature at the University of Warwick, earned an MSc in Literature and Modernity at the University of Edinburgh, and studied fiction writing at CUNY Brooklyn College. Her short fiction has been shortlisted for the Bristol Short Story Prize, the Costa Short Story Award, and the Commonwealth Short Story Prize. She is the author of The Animals at Lockwood Manor, winner of the HWA Debut Crown Award, The Ophelia Girls, and Crescendo.
