Phil Kelly is a British author and Games Workshop game designer who began working for the company in 1999. After contributing to White Dwarf and developing Warhammer army books and Warhammer 40,000 codices, he became a prolific Black Library writer, publishing novels, novellas, short stories, and audio dramas set in the Warhammer 40,000, Age of Sigmar, and Warhammer Horror universes.
