J. M. Miro is the pen name of Canadian novelist and poet Steven Price, who lives and writes in the Pacific Northwest. Price began his career with the award-winning poetry collection Anatomy of Keys (2006), followed by novels including Into That Darkness, By Gaslight, and Lampedusa. Writing as J. M. Miro, he is the author of the historical-fantasy Talents Trilogy, beginning with Ordinary Monsters and continuing with Bringer of Dust.
